I did like Houllier but he had run his course with us. was really excited when he got the job and only when Rafa was given his job had I ever been as excited about a manager appointment

Was excited though and RELIEVED when KK came back

Think with Rafa it was how hed got Valencia playing that really excited me. They played us off the park that time didnt they

Carra and gerrard werent living the spiceboy life many years after the spice boys. Robbie was still living it up

The band (and I use that word loosely) were Spice Girls mate, as if you dont know that :huh:

But seriously that whole Spice boy period was pretty cringe worthy!

I was gutted when Houllier came in. Not that I didn't like him but because I loved the footy under Roy Evans. Gerard's football style was somewhat of a bump down following what we'd had previous too <laugh>

Although it was very wrong considering some of the players we had (Macca), I quite liked the white suits <yikes>
