Silviniano would have made it my best ever Cheltenham but still been an ok week! Not sure he's have won but he was going very well:
I have stupidly had a £5 acc on next years championship races
Champ hurdle - the new one 8/1
Champ chase - sprinter 2/5
World hurdle - Big Bucks 3/1
Gold Cup - silviniano 12/1

Evening guys, studied the form again and hoping for another decent day, after a cracking start to the day today with a 20/1 winner in the opener i tailed off with just one more winner Cue Card at 9/2, however, they covered my bets and more, hopefully ive not used my luck in one day. Tomorrows selections are as follows:

1.30 Triumph Hurdle which I have narrowed it down to two both at reasonably short prices FAR WEST 7/2 and ROLLING STAR 7/2 if I had to split them the C&D form of FAR WEST and his experience would just give him the edge, however, the stable form is a worry but I reckon this one is good enough to get PN off the mark at the festival.

2.05 VOB Hurdle my two against the field are KIANS DELIGHT 33/1 EW and TED VEALE 10/1 EW if i had to side with one my choice would be KIANS DELIGHT who i think will relish the conditions underfoot.

2.40 Albert Bartlett here we are looking for a horse that has competed at least 3 miles over hurdles and in the Top 6 in the betting, to that end my selections are narrowed down to a shortlist of three AT FISHERS CROSS 11/4, CLOUDY COPPER 10/1 EW and INISH ISLAND 10/1 EW i think all three have very strong claims however, my order of march would be FISHERS CROSS, INISH ISLAND and CLOUDY COPPER.

Now the big one the Cheltenham Gold Cupi cant see this race going any other way than to Nicky Henderson and my two to fight it out are LONG RUN and BOBs WORTH if i had to split them i would give it to BOBS WORTH on the grounds that the jockey is more experienced but i do think it will be a close run affair.

The Foxhunters Chase I will keep this brief and go for SALSIFY at 11/4 and a big priced BENEDICTUS 66/1 EW

Finally in the GRAND ANNUAL ive a short list of three, however, none are from the Henderson yard who generally does well in this race, i think it will be between ULCK DU LIN 9/1, RODY 7/1 or ALDERWOOD 6/ and if i narrowed it down ALDERWOOD is my choice.

Good luck all tomorrow, and hope its a great Gold Cup

Great day for you well done.

EW on Captain Chris

How good are you class

Well that's it for another year! After a massivlely successful Tuesday, my Wednesday and Thursday were rubbish but got well back in front again in my three bets of the day: Our Conor, At Fisher's Cross and in the Gold Cup plumped for Bob's Worth (though also done Sir de Champs too!). Very happy with that.

Our Conor looks the real threat to the Fly in next year's Champion doesn't he. That, for me was the performance of the festival, absolutely different class. Scarily good and I'd be very surprised if he's not involved in the business end of next years Champion Hurdle. Could become one of the greats.

That's it for me, I've banked my Festival profits and am already missing the Festival! What a great, great four days that was. Thoroughly enjoyed it, some real stories were written. I won't be punting during the flat, though I may pop in and out before that to help you all during the remaining jumps festivals! Good luck all <ok>

like beeforsalmon i had a good first but wednesday/thursday were not so great.great day today with four winners even though they were all favs,a winner is a feckin winner!looks like the forum had a good day and thumbs up to wayward for some fantastic tipping.its going to be an anti climax now as this is my fav week of the year.hopefully we will have two good upcoming festivels at aintree/and punchy which i attend every year.im more a jumps man than a flat man so only a few weeks left.dublin gona be crazy tonight with paddies weekend so im off to try and pull meself a vunerable american tourist, happy drinking!

gotta say respect to mark the couch winstanley.tipped up salubrious during the chelts previews as his nap of the festivel at 25/1.if he wasnt such an annoying fat bunt i might have back,ed it!oh be nice dexter

Just want to give a big congrats to Stick for The new one and Swanny for Cue Card. Have not been on here so will not tell you what i backed but suffice to say it wasn't my best festival.

Thanks Dan, but it was George and others who had Cue Card. I love Cue Card, but First Lieutenant is also a great favourite of mine so just watched. Great for the Tizzards who surely proved to their detractors that they are not just farmers? Had a nice kitty saved-up for the Festival, but it's gone LOL! There's always another day. The Irish were brilliant and really went to town this year. Thursday was an awfully bad day though. Christ I hope those guys pull through this OK, very serious injuries. Not forgetting the horses either.

Am on Salsify quite substanially e/w at 9's since January but wouldn't be in any hurry to back him tmz at the price given the tactics that Coleman Sweeney will most likely employ...especially given the standard and experience of some of the home "jockeys" riding in this.

I don't stick many up as a rule but have a very decent back catalogue.

I had a debate with Nass re this race in Feb after Chapo ran and think I was the first to flag him....could be wrong though...

How true Oddy.

In a similar vein, watch the world no.1 golfer come up with dental evidence corroborating his severe wisdom tooth "problems" that led to him simply downing tools half way through Rd1 of the Honda Classic..Maybe SWC could write his sick line!!

He tweeted the night before that he was enjoying a celebratory meal with his parents, munched a large sandwich on the 6th,failed to even mention the issue to his playing partners, his management knew nothing of it and he failed to mention it in his first interview with three trusted hacks, merely that he was in a "poor place mentally"

Will the USGA buy his poorly cobbled together excuse?..you betya!

Had more than a few with some mates tonight..but I can confirm that Mark C****y is a dentist who the World No 1 knows very well..watch this space.

Gary ******,a good friend and fellow patient, said that the dentist rolled his eyes when questiioned whether his pain was so "severe"

Hmmmmm

Tiger Woods won the US open with a broken leg.
