Afternoon H, I trust it's nice and sunny down Watford way as it is here at the moment.

 

that it is ...it's a lovely day, though a wee bit too cold!

 

Still a case for winter woolies, I hope you're wearing yours.

 

Lucky you H. It's still bloody snowing here with no let up looking likely. Fortunately 11 of our horses are in stables (including 3 in foal) but we have 7 out in the fields that are over a foot deep in snow (poor buggers) so somehow we need to get hay to them. ******* weather.

 

Got to feel sorry for the poor animals that have to find their own food in this kind of weather.

definitely. When on earth are we going to get some warmth?!

 

I'm sure there'd be no shortage of people prepared to keep you warm.

On the bird front, I put fat balls and nuts in feeders out for them and dice cheese up for them all year. They love the cheese.

In this kind of weather I put special suet feast dishes out for them and they make quite a lot of them, helps to keep the cold out.

 

aw, you're very good...i had no idea birds had a thing for cheese!

 

Snow doesn't sound good for any reason now, loved it when I was a kid, sledging, snow ball fights, just couldn't get enough of it. How times change.
