I'd take a draw, this afternoon. It's never easy going to Klanfield.

However, we have more than enough talent in the squad to justify the win. It's all down to whether or not the players go out expecting to win and get complacent, because 'Pool have enough to be able to hurt us, if we do.

<laugh> We have enough to hurt you any time HIAG. It's our defending that's the issue for us. Johnson made no challenge on the header from Bale's nicely whipped in ball

Good contest and we've done well getting amongst you lot up till the goal where we dropped off a little and are definitely paying for that.

Gerrard Bale, clash of heads, only a free cos Gerrard came in at an angle, fair enough call I suppose as they clashed before the ball was headed

Just to clear something up for the Spurs fans. Before you go about saying he isn't world class still, I agree. He scored today, but is still to score against a big team, as today was only Tottenham.

Showed exactly why nobody likes him though, Jaffa.
Nothing to do with scoring and everything to do with his attitude, snarling at the officials constantly, fouls from behind, picking fights with people and generally acting like a big child.

Well done for the win, by the way.

I can see why other fans hate him for this. It's all part of his passion for the game, just glad he plays for us. <ok>

Evening spuds. Cracking game. Better result. Is this the start of your customary 'bottle it' period?

A stupid defensive error (again) from Walker and Benny jumping in on the biggest cheat in the EPL...

That's how we lost today.

Gutted, because we were by far the better team, and should have closed this one out for a win.

Oh, well. The only good to come out of it will be AVB's ability to kick the players up the ass and get them to realise that they have to keep working right to the very last game.

Another benefit might be that we left 'Pool in to snatch 5th off the Gooners.

Stop talking bollox, snarling at officials<doh> FFS Officials would not put up with that except from Rooney

And two ******ed errors from Johnson gave you yours.

hmmm, played well in the middle, got to hoof ball goals. We played well and tackled well and used possession quite well.

if Spurs won the possession then we got 3 with less possession which makes us the better team, 3 is better than 2. Suarez better than Bale eat that you lawyer
