I've reactivated my account. They also refund your £10 cash bet on all opening races over the 4 days win or lose.

£20 on SS at levels is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

It'll probobly tip up now <laugh>

Franchoek runs at Clonmel today ................. hope the old fella can get his head in front, always quite liked him, despite losing a bundle on him in the Triumph.

Some very intersting sorts in the bumper at Wincanton today ....

Morning all - had a very nice e-mail form Bet 365 yesterday telling me I had a free bet because Billy Twyford won their offer race yesterday.

The race you have to bet on today is the 2-10 at Carlisle so I've gone for glasson lad on the basis that it's that time of year for Ferdie to pull a few out of the hat.

Was a sad day when Francheok left the county but does look ridiculously well treated off 108 over the big ‘uns today. Was at one point rated 155 over hurdles!

Nothing for me today but I see those old rogues the Pipe’s are up to their usual tricks in the card commencer at Wincanton (2.00) today. In 3 novice hurdles ROYAL PEAK started at 20/1, 33/1 and 80/1 and was respectively beaten 58, 46 and 108 lengths! Today on his handicap bow, off 83, he is the 5/2 favourite. Knowing their ‘little ways’ Royal Peak should oblige today, methinks.

Good luck if you do bet, people.

Hello George!: What a chickenshit lot of bead counters bookies are today, 20 quid? They should just quote the proper price for the horse, and accept anything 50k, 100k, whatever. That is what they are in business for. A 20 quid limit is insulting to all punters? Bloody laughable. What ever happened to the oldtime bookies who, it has to be said, did show a bit of guts?

GLEANNACREIM flagged up last night 25-1 in to 7-1, a ten year old maiden but huge chance at the weights despite being out of the handicap. First time pieces may work the oracle and ROTO tells me the jockey is good value for his claim!

Me too, I hope he wins. Sorry, confusing him with another hoss on betting. No, I did not use to back him, but that was pure luck!

Not only a 10 year old maiden, but his only placings have been a 24 length second and a 19 length third, years ago at that. And most times he is beaten out of sight!

You serve this forum well Stickman, but if this one gets the nod, I'll kiss your hairy arse <laugh>

When are the next scratchings for the Tuesday at Cheltenham, starting to go over the handicaps and wondering if I should wait an extra couple of days?
