I think Walfcrew is looking at Wooleys remark about the evens against Sprinter Sacre, max 20 quid as being like a free bet.

It's just an offer of even money about SS, when it is 4-1 ON with everyone else Walfcrew. Maximum bet is £20, so if it wins and you bet the max, you will get £40 back.

Mid div until halfway. He burst through to take a 5 way share of the lead going round the bend, then dropped back to be stone cold last, then stayed on through other beaten horses to finish 6th, about 40 lengths back. Pretty much par for HIS course mate. And thankfully for both of us, I don't have to pay up <laugh>

Do any of you guys have a mate who is a complete jinx, one who if he has backed your horse you may as well bin the slip?

If my better half finds out ive got a bit of money down in a race she always says 'Oh, its bound to win then'. Then i may as well turn the telly over and watch something else...!!!

Thing is she is off next week from work and will know that i will have a bet on nearly every race, so i better keep my trap shut... Or watch it at my mates house away from her jinxing and meddling...<laugh><laugh>

yeah i thought it would be cash to withdraw, last time Coral did an SS enhanced odds it was fine.
cheers for clearing it up. should be an extra £20in the back burner.

3:35 Wincanton - I've gone bog on Brinestine 5/2... Should walk this. Cheltenham coffers may take a hit if this one doesn't win!
