As for Carrick, show me a better midfielder this season. I think his contribution has been as important as RvP's. It's no coincidence that he's played 55 of the last 57 PL games.
He's clearly talking about quality of player and not positions, as you wouldn't want 8 forwards and midfielders as your outfield players, either.

Leaving aside Suarez' abilities in the Perm (Keegan's?), nobody's bitter about him, they're just pointing out that it's unlikely that people he's booted all over the place and abused will vote for him.

As for Berbatov failing at Man Utd, he cost them £30m+, so we don't care. He also finished top scorer as they won a couple of titles, so I doubt he does, either.
