... Which is why I said it's not really an excuse!
Why say it in the first place then? I was just adding perspective if needed that fans of other clubs could feel similar too, if you already knew that then why say it in the first place.
If I am to be brutally honest with myself, I'd have to say that Goofy played an absolute blinder for you, this weekend, as did that young Brazilian lad. If only you had at least 9 more players like those 2, you'd be in with a should of top 4.

Suarez may well be a lovely person off the pitch, but most players won't know him in that capacity.
I doubt any of the defenders that he's raked down the back of the leg will be putting him up for any awards.
Thats why, when Gareth 7 good games Bale wins, it will officially be a popularity contest.
Are we a one man team or is he massively overrated? I wish you lot would pick one and stick to it.both.Thats why, when Gareth 7 good games Bale wins, it will officially be a popularity contest.

I'd like a striker with Suarez's abilities, but I wouldn't want Goofy any where near Spurs. We have a tradition of not giving any truck to racists or nasty pieces of work.
As regards a LB, most Spurs fans will tell you they are more than happy with Benny. Plus, we've nicked that young LB prodigy off United, whom I would expect to be the next Ashley Cole, if all the hype surrounding him is anything to go by. Certainly, old bacon face wasn't too pleased about losing him to us.

To be fair EIGHT more like them and we'd be top. I wouldn't put either in goal, well maybe Suarez![]()

Top Scorer in as you lot call us such a bad team ain't bad going.
it just ain't ever gonna happen. ANd when Gareth leaves ye, well, lets see what happens shall we?I'd like a striker with Suarez's abilities, but I wouldn't want Goofy any where near Spurs. We have a tradition of not giving any truck to racists or nasty pieces of work.

Ezekiel Friers the next Ashley Cole...... So what you are saying is that Ezekiel Friers is going to be the best left back in the world?
That is properly hilarious. Why do you think Utd let him go? Watched him several times for the reserves and Sterling tore him to pieces on each occassion.
You need to do some research before making ridiculous statements.

Their very own great Berba couldn't even cut it at MU

LOL@HIAG, Manu take Carrick Berba like players from Spurs and Spurs get Manu rejects and claim they'll be world beaters
And they call us deludedTheir very own great Berba couldn't even cut it at MU
A lawyer that can't count. Classic.

on the pitch 20 goals, shove that in your pipe and smoke it, bitterness over the best player in the perm will get you nowhere, you are 3rd yet you gob on about SuarezTop Scorer in as you lot call us such a bad team ain't bad going.
on the pitch he's awesome, was awesome in Holland and very good internationally, essentially better, far better than anyone playing for Spurs. You might now want him but your manager and owners would cream themselves if they could tie him to a contract at WHLit just ain't ever gonna happen. ANd when Gareth leaves ye, well, lets see what happens shall we?
Spurs for all their greatness have not even managed an as high finish in the PL as dysfunctional Liverpool.. Ever..![]()
What are you on about? We've finished above you for a couple of seasons now, BBF. Are you feeling alright?
I think he means that we haven't finished as high in the Premier League as their best. It's another fine point because we're always going on about how great Tottenham have been throughout the whole Premier League era and how poor Liverpool have been in the same period![]()
