East Yorkshire
Tomorrow at Blundell Park, kick off at 1.00 pm.

The squad will be - Jakupovic, Aimson, East, Rosenior, Gordon, Wilson, McElroy, Dillon, Emerton, Armstrong, McCaffrey, Cairney, Stewart, Margetts, Clarkson.

So I think we can forget any chance that Cairney might have come in for Evans.

Good to see East back from injury too.

Maybe just giving TC a bit of match fitness??

Said it the other day but could Oli be back in for the Brum game? Combat Zigic?

Thought Zigic was on the naughty step.

Would this not be a good game for Proschwitz to have a run out...he's not had any game time since missing that sitter against Derby...on the naughty step too?

He was for a while, but he's been allowed back now.

I don't think there's much chance of him not starting with Boyd and Gedo up front, I suspect it's only defence/midfield where there may be some shuffling.

Proschwitz was on the naughty step ? What's he been up to,or was it just for not scoring goals ?

Just think Proschwitz needs to be kept fit even though he's not going to be starting...and at least try and get some confidence back...a trip to Grimsby could be enough of a shock to the system as well.

Olofinjana and combat shouldn't be used in the same sentence.

Ha true. But he did come on as a sub t'other game, which was a surprise to all of us. I thought he'd have gone on loan somewhere, so Brucey must have him in his plans.
If there's one major weakness in our team its a lack of physicality. Is Palacios still available?

It saddens me that Rosenior has had to resort to playing in the reserves. He's a quality right back and I'm surprised no other Championship clubs came in for him in January.

Here's the HDM take on the players involved...

I'm not with them on the comments about the Jak, Stockdale would have to make far more mistakes before Jak got anywhere near the starting XI.

I'm surprised about Fathi not being involved in this game, it seems an ideal opportunity to improve his match fitness, maybe Brucey is planning on starting him.

i think this could be a classic case of the local media making more of a story than there actually is. bless em, they have to find some stuff to put around the adverts! If you look at that squad, and also add the fact that the kids, some of whom would normally be in the squad, the names are more a list of what we have left to put out a team. without being able to read it, i d guess that the Hull Daily Mail story has no supporting quotes from club officials and is some lazy journo creating an angle and filling column inches. a nice creative angle but hardly news!

The squad I put up is definitely the squad, it's from the club.
