Shame your a pile of **** now ay, sound like a Liverpool fan. They like that year to.

Good year for United to win CL with Barca potentially out

Good Barca team this year though. Weakest Champions League in history last season. Chelsea won it without having to beat a single team that won their domestic league. They should give the trophy back really. I'm sure you agree, you've made your views on the matter clear often enough!

Very much so, I think all the big boys got complacent and let a small club in and win. That will not happen again.

Great late goal for Spurs to go through, helps the English teams' European coefficient due to the disasterous performance by City, Chelsea and Arsenal in the CL this year.

I loved Carragher's backpass, would the much heralded team of Carraghers concede the most number of goals ever?

He looked so dejected with his fellow players, he will move on this summer.

He always looks like that when things don't go his way late on. In the majority of games Liverpool have drawn or narrowly lost this season Suarez' biggest contribution in the last few minutes has been to get booked. He was at it again last night - just when Liverpool needed his inspiration he was stamping and shoving Hubocan, effectively helping Zenit waste time.

Then with about five minutes to go he gets fouled by Neto, Liverpool take the free kick quickly and cross the ball into the box and where's Suarez? Arguing with the ref trying to get Neto booked. You've got to wonder at the mentality of someone who considers getting a yellow card for an opponent more important than getting in the box to score a goal that late on against such a shambolic defence.

Rodwell and Garcia in midfield and K.Toure and Nastasic at the back for City with Aguero up front on his own, I fancy Chelsea to get something out of this game with that lineup.

City have been on top since the start, if Chelsea can hold on maybe they will get something from the game.

Dave is right though this result shouldn't matter at all.
