When I was at school we used to go for football training on Fiday afternoons and a massive line of Jewish guys used to be walking up from the area we were headed to with prayer books in their hands, it seems Friday was the big day for them. Quite a large Jewish settlement in the area, they aren't nearly as orthodox as they used to be. A young Jewish girl spoke quite openly to me today, something that would never have happened in those days.

Of course there was one year I was flying to the States at Christmas time and it seems all the young American Jewish girls studying over here were heading home for the holidays and what a bunch of lively fun loving girls they seemed to be.
 
aw, thanks Maestro! sorry if everyone's been worried...i was having a relaxing day in a spa today...a birthday present from September..vouchers i needed to use..and i'm so glad i did! It was lovely :)
