Even Snoozeny isn't bad enough to concede 29 goals in 16 games. It's about 19 he's conceded, I think. As HBIC says Lloris has conceded 13, keeping 7 cleansheets which is a higher rate of cleansheets than Joe Hart, who has the most in the league. Manone looks like quite a good 'keeper though, you should probably start playing him again.
You would think the goon numpty would get his facts right before he trys to be clever. Talking of inferior keepers, awesome performance by their keeper agaisnt the mousers, that attempt at punching the ball and trying to trick sturridge showed great courage for a clown.
By the way.6 lady tourists were raped in Cancun. What's that got to do with football?Nothing. But if anyone is thinking of going there.....don't. Cancun! Where the Can Goons come from perhaps?
That was allegedly Acapulco mate - about 1000 miles away from Cancun. Different coast and generally a lot safer.
I'll be the first to say that I find the reverence of Szczesny on our board completely baffling. He has good reflexes, and that's about it. Most on our board seem to think that's enough to make him a great keeper. He can have a completely shambolic game and they'll point out to the odd Hollywood save to rectify all of it.
He's a decent prospect, but who's he supposed to learn from? Makes some decent saves, but makes a few poor errors too, which is only to be expected of somebody that young in that position.
Gomes was the same, great reflexes but decision making? If you asked him heads or tails he'd probably reply 'not sure'.
The goon numpty does have his facts right. Your GK had played 15 league games (fact) at the time of my post and had conceded 29 goals thus far (fact). Our GK had played 1 more league game (fact) and conceded 1 less goal (fact). It's pretty obvious even to the most challenged Ponders End dweller that neither have let in almost 2 goals per league game and that the goals are a season tally (thus far). Your desperate attempts to try and mask your GK's inferiority it quite sad - but then you are deluded spudlets and such it is par for the course Have a nice day girls xx
Can you really not see where you're wrong on this? We've played 25 league games and conceded 29 goals in total. Are you suggesting that Friedel kept 10 clean sheets? Lloris has conceded 13 goals in 15 games, keeping 7 clean sheets. Szczesny has conceded 19 goals in 16 games, keeping 5 clean sheets. Those stats don't mean that one keeper is better than the other, as it doesn't take into account any other factors, but Lloris clearly has a better record in the league this season. Not sure why you're struggling with that one.
Are you counting goals conceded on the training pitch, or in previous seasons or something? You're wrong and it'd be far less embarrassing if you just took the loss and moved on. Then again I'm sure it'll keep amusing the locals if you continue to inadvertently disprove yourself so your choice
Totals this season in the prem if I've got things correct: Szszesny - 16 starts, 18 conceded, 48 saves, 5 clean sheets Lloris - 15 starts, 13 conceded, 25 saves, 7 clean sheets The only thing it really proves is that Arsenal's oveall defending is woeful compared to Spurs' with 67 shots raining in on goal, compared to only 38 at Spurs in a similar amount of games!
