Assuming the transfer is between the entities that own the clubs, then Baz wouldn't be entitled to any of it as he no longer owns that company. The money is then an added bonus for the company/club. As for the loan, it depends on the terms of the agreement but I would think that it's highly unlikely as you're then reliant on him being successful enough at Swansea that someone buys him for enough that a profit is made. There were various reasons that there would've no further sell-on income: he decided to stay at Swansea for the rest of his career, he did poorly/had a lot of injuries at Swansea so his value decreased, or worst case scenario he had an injury that ended his career. It would've been too risky.
It's definitely 15% on any profit over the £3.5m, so £225,000 on the basis of his £5m sale. I would have thought the loan is now paid off, so fully expect the amount to come to Watford... then straight to the FL for our fine, with an extra £25k! Saga over!
I wonder if Baz might have secured a personal loan on any share of profit on resale to a third party and not told anyone ( including the FA ).
If this was all that happened to you, I would be so chuffed for you lot that if you had a bar in here I'd get the drinks in....but don't tell everybody and for the girls Wishing you the very best for the case
