The goals he has scored recently will not have harmed any valuation of him if he does get sold

Do we know as a definite that there was a sell on clause as part of the transfer to Swansea?

Maybe the money could be due to Baz, or the loan company. :emoticon-0120-doh:

Assuming the transfer is between the entities that own the clubs, then Baz wouldn't be entitled to any of it as he no longer owns that company. The money is then an added bonus for the company/club.

As for the loan, it depends on the terms of the agreement but I would think that it's highly unlikely as you're then reliant on him being successful enough at Swansea that someone buys him for enough that a profit is made. There were various reasons that there would've no further sell-on income: he decided to stay at Swansea for the rest of his career, he did poorly/had a lot of injuries at Swansea so his value decreased, or worst case scenario he had an injury that ended his career. It would've been too risky.

Any confirmation on this one? (Not the signing, the £ from the sell on clause)

It's definitely 15% on any profit over the £3.5m, so £225,000 on the basis of his £5m sale.

I would have thought the loan is now paid off, so fully expect the amount to come to Watford... then straight to the FL for our fine, with an extra £25k!

    Saga over!

I wonder if Baz might have secured a personal loan on any share of profit on resale to a third party and not told anyone ( including the FA ).

Quite possible. After all he didn't have the balls to show up at any of the fan's forums.
