It was always going to be a dodgy eastern European team, or Italian team at fault. Something as high profile as Barcelonas rightful victory over you in 2009 would never have been fixed.

Personally I though Harry the tax dodger may have been involved.
 
wouldn't believe anything that rag of **** print, although it would be sensible if the Pool fans didn't start throwing accusations at us <doh>

Let's wait and see when it's confirmed by UEFA <ok>

it wasn't Barcelona or Chelsea that put the fix in, but that cnut of a referee who was paid off.

Ive watched every episode of only fools and horses and seen Oliver countless times..

Was ****ting it when i saw it involved us though and expect to take much abuse where we could only score once in a game that was thrown for us to win by 3...lol

Or just maybe the plan was for you to only score 1 in a game where you should have won easily. Makes no sense they were supposed to concede 3 as thats' what would have been a reasonable score anyway. No,the 1 is the mystery here.

Of course everyone involved in a 'fixed' match doesn't have to be involved. The more the merrier the match fixers would agree I'm sure, but I'm certain many in such a game have no idea what is going on.

This investigation isn't the be and end all of the corruption. It is the tip of the iceberg. These 380 games are only the one they have evidence of after closing in on one betting ring. Just the one. Get rid of all these silly notions that only 'dodgy' Eastern European clubs or Italian teams are involved.

What we have is proof that corruption goes up right up to the highest level of the game. Dubai hosting the world cup. Really? There is more to come, whether the will is there to dig further and into 'Venerable' institutions remains to be seen. What we can't let happen is for this present investigation to be used as a milksop and convince everyone the job has been done.

throwing accusations, your feelings must be hurt indeed<laugh> the reasonable bet was no way is any of the top teams are going to be found doing anything even remotely dirty, just as FFP will shaft small clubs, well they are shafting the small clubs.

This type of match fixing is almost impossible to prove unless those involved are complete idiots, in this case the keeper was a total idiot. Saves 7 out of 8 shots <laugh>
