No way he's coming to Newcastle, he doesn't tick any of the boxes we set for signings.

Too old
Too expensive
Wages too high
Not French

In honesty I think he would be a great signing for Newcastle as we need someone to put the ball in the net and he thrives on confidence of being loved. Its not happening though - to stoke, with crouch going out.
 
He'll always be pap until he's playing regularly and knows he's the main man up front. He's a confidence player. Still think he'll go somewhere, regain form and be back in the England fold within a year or two.

I think he's more likely to go the way of Micheal Owen. Perhaps he's off to the toon afterall!
 
To be honest Man City should sign Bent, he is a glory hunter after extravagant wages and has not loyalty, he would fit right in.

Lets face it he would score more goals in that side than Balotelli did. They need a striker.
