Yeah it was disappointing today but there's still no guarantee you'll finish higher than us.

We have West Ham next. A team totally lacking any form or fighting spirit.

You have Chelsea who will still be trying their hardest to win games. And West Brom who have only lost 1 game since Hodgson took over.

If you do finish higher then congrats. I hold my hands up and admit Newcastle have had a better season than us considering our expectations of top 10 and your expectation of survival.

Next season you'll not be a newly promoted side and the old second season syndrome could well hit you. Next season judges the two sides on a level playing field...

Have fun defending against Drogba, Anelka and Torres....
