He's still such a raw player.

He wouldn't get into any of the top 4/5 starting line ups.

a lot of clubs wanted him, also how much are Liverpool paying for Coutinho, because i've read they're paying inter Milan £11.3 million.

That doesn't matter.

How long did it take Mata, Hazard, Suarez etc to settle? They all basically hit the ground running.

Hazard and Suarez certainly hit the ground.

In all seriousness, Hazard looks like a lightweight, luxury player at the minute, possibly because his motivating factor is cash. We dodged a bullet, especially when you consider that had we signed Hazard the Glazers wouldn't have sanctioned the RVP signing.

Funny old game.

I'm sure they will find some random stat to cling on to no matter who it is, like Downing's crossing stats which was proof he was going to be a world beater in a red shirt, especially with Andy "the white Heskey" Carroll as his target. <laugh>

And the winner is....Coutinho.

Great bit of business...

Always rated the lad...

Inter fans are furious to see him go...

The missing link...

Turning a corner...

Next year is our year...!

Ahem, world class!

Clearly.

1- did you just compared a player who cost £35m with a one of £15m? <doh>
2- attacking Hazard is better, but Young is better team worker and better when come back protecting the full back

When did i ever compare the players on their actual abilities?

<laugh>

Manchester United legend Peter Schmeichel is impressed by their deal for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

Zaha, 20, has agreed a United deal but will stay at Selhurst Park before making the switch in the summer.

And Schmeichel told the Daily Star Sunday: “It just shows you what United is all about – we look to the future. This is something Sir Alex has done ever since he came to the club.

“My understanding is if Zaha signs he’s going to be loaned straight back, so he won’t have any kind of impact on this season.

“But whenever there is a talented, special player out there, I think we are the kind of football club that needs to go and try to grab that talent.
