But there are a sizeable number of people who do dislike him because of his religion Bollo as well as his nationality.

Read the article and it seems pretty accurate.

Though the reference to his religion is probably exagerated somewhat.

Supporters of clubs who have a Catholic backround such as Dundee Utd and Hibs dislike him as do Aberdeen fans who are no friends of Rangers.

He is despise in this country because of his touchline behaviour and the way in which his club have behaved this season has inflamed and shone the spotlight on him.

Fans of the smaller clubs were outraged when Celtic accused referees of having it in for Celtic when they believe that they get **** all from refs when playing Celtic.

Though that is no excuse for what he has had to endure.

To be honest, I'm ****ing sick of it, I hope these two ****s that they've arrested for the 'bombs' are paraded at the Piggery.

He was hated from the day he signed for celtic and before he ever kicked a ball, let alone 10 years later because he gets a bit emotional on the sidelinel. It's balls to say his antics are behind your dislike. They might fuel it, but then his face fuels it it would seem
 
But I don't dislike him.

I'm not a hater.

I'm just too busy to dislike someone I've never met.

I think it's too early to lump together Wednesday night's attack with the bullets and bombs in the post. The latter are more than likely perpetrated by sectarian nutjobs, whereas I believe the loon on Wednesday was pissed off by what Lennon said about his team at the weekend. I know that the guy has been charged with breach of the peace and assault, both aggravated by religious prejudice, but how can the police know what his motivation was unless he specifically said something to that effect or had some sort of incriminating evidence on him? It'll be interesting to see what he says when his case comes up.
