Good thing you started well then District.

WBA v Villa is a local derby but I have seen the former do this before. They've started well then faded,it's an old story with them.

I'm backing Arsenal to beat you District.

Chelsea spend £92m in the summer and struggle to win at home and teams around them drop points too, so the league's weaker? What? <confused>

Lost a player that was worth more in Drogba. In the past when the team has been below par Drogba would always be there to bail us out, this season and last that hasn't happened hence our poor league form.

Shocker :emoticon-0112-wonde

I think both games will be tight tomorrow TMT. A proper Super Sunday, not like last weeks rubbish

yeah both games were poor last week lets be honest, I hope for a high scoring draw with lots of talking points in the Chelsea - Arsenal game, our game with Spurs could go either way and Id take a point right now

That's because the gulf in quality between the sides was so great, this week it's different. Both matches impossible to call.

I've said the same thing for ages re: Liverpool. League position doesn't reflect it but at current you have a better team than you've had the two previous seasons.

If your board had backed Rodgers (financially) half as much as they'd backed Dalglish without a shadow of a doubt you'd be above Everton and Arsenal now, IMO.

I dont want us to spend unnecessary money as we have done in the past, We have good young plyers in the first team, good young players in the reserves, (unbeaten this year.) and good young players at u18. Just need to bring in the right senior players. Sturridge was a good buy, but cant see we need much else at the moment unless we did get the opptunity at a world class signing, (like Sneijder if the price is right.)

Good thing is we are playing well as a team, but still need to beat the top teams which we have been woeful at this season.

Agree though the squad is as good as it has been for years

Makes you wonder what position Chelsea would be in if they'd have consistently picked Sturridge instead of Torres, doesn't it?

I don't get why Odemwingie wasn't booked. If Bale's going to be booked when the ref judges the player to have made a meal of a challenge why does no one else?

Bias. <whistle>
Honestly, it's because they get away with it and it makes it look like they're doing something.
Taarabt did a blatant one against us last week, Probert told him to get up, but there was no fuss in the media. If that had been Bale or even Suarez, then it would've sparked a thousand headlines.

I think one thing came out of Liverpool that has always stayed with me.Bill Shankley saying that "football is not life and death.....it's more important than that!"
I can't recall Ferguson saying anything GOOD to remember.....can you?

Out of interest who do Spurs fans want to win the early kick off tomorrow?

Arsenal win gives you a chance to move 3rd but a Chelsea win gives you (and us) more of a buffer over Arsenal?

I know some will say draw but it means you could potentially lose ground on both.

Draw preferably. In my opinion there's still enough doubt about you guys under Rafa for me to believe that your points total could very possibly become as relevent to us getting top 4 as Arsenal's is. If one had to win though, I'd rather you won as it's less damaging to our top 4 bid currently and Arsenal under pressure is always a good thing to see.

Who do you want to win between Spurs and us DL?

City are only 4 points behind now so ideally a draw, Dave. A lot depends on the outcome of our game.

If we win in all honesty I won't care but if we draw/lose then United to win. Of the teams rooted below us I still see Spurs as the biggest threat. YV is spot on in the sense that there is no reason why Spurs cannot realistically get 3rd with the FSW here.

If Arsenal were to lose tomorrow and Spurs win then their challenge for top 4 may well be up in 6 weeks time when they go to WHL. If Arsenal lose their that will be the final nail in the coffin IMO.

Like all Arsenal/Chelsea/Spurs fans I'd love to see my team get 3rd and Everton 4th but can't see it. If United and Chelsea both win tomorrow then for me 1st, 2nd and 3rd is set in stone.

38-man brawl that sees both teams docked ten points.

(That's the starting xi, subs bench and managers of both teams, for those keeping score...)
