2-0 down before he thinks about trying to win a game. Wish Coates would get shut of Pulis I've had enough of his crap football and ****e tactics!

Waddo I think you're being a little harsh.

Garbage often has some bits in it that are of value.

    2 shots on goal!

WE have conceeded 10 in our last 3 prem games - so much for the best defence! This is the concern, its difficult (or I can see why people defend TP) to criticise when we dont create lots of chances if we keep clean sheets, but when we start leaking goals because were are so inaffective the argument is flawed.

I see Walters got his usual 90 minutes - AGAIN!

Routledge tore Whitehead apart at left back today and what the hell was Begovic doing for their second goal.
When will Pulis wake up and realise his ****e away tactics do not work. I think he should personally refund the 700 faithful Stokies that travelled to South Wales out of his own pocket!!

Same old same old, Tony Pulis, get some fooking fullbacks, every time we have an injury we leak goals.

Regardless of the injuries (although the fullback issues is comical now) we would have started to leak goals anyway, because you cant play a full season at this level the way we do and expect to be able to keep clean sheets against the quality forwards that play in the league. To me its almost disrespectful to the opposition to think otherwise.

We are never going to win games when we clearly do not have a midfield. Nzonzi is a lone figure there for Stoke and looks almost too good for us. Whelan and Whitehead are championship at best. Too much pressure is on the forwards to get goals without any form of support from midfield. Without checking the stats I bet you can count on one hand how many goals have come from midfield this season and last!

I wish Pulis would move over and give someone else a chance!

I think the 10 point gap we have will be enough for TP to muddle on without coming under too much pressure.

I agree Nick but we all know its not going to happen.

It will be interesting to hear Tent's take on it today, he is normally pretty balanced and constructive and was no doubt at the game and better placed to pass comment.

I would just love to see someone else have a go with Coates bank rolling them. Pulis has squandered millions of the Coates family money and has proven week in and week out he does not have a clue away from home. One away win in a possible 21 is simply not good enough. The premier league this season is really poor hence why we have maintained the 10th position for so long. Results keep going for us to keep us there. Can't see us being relegated but I just want to see some proper football. It's not too much to ask!!

It is difficult to defend our tactics after a performance like this one.

So I won't try. In fact I wouldn't defend Pulis even if we had won. And while we are on the subject , I won't defend Coates either.
Coates saddled us with Pulis not once but twice.
Oh I can hear some of you shouting , " he got us into the prem ". We did not get into the prem. because of Pulis , we got into the prem DESPITE Pulis.

Try and cast your minds back to the final weeks of the promotion season , culminating with that draw bore with Leicester.
By a miracle , that's the only word I can use to describe the stuation , we had managed to get a few points more than the chasing pack.
But over the last few games , apart from one important win against a near rival , it seemed as if we were doing our best to miss promotion.
But the crazy thing was , the chasing pack were tripping up themselves. It was as if they were saying " no we are not ready to go up , let Stoke go up , they'l come straight back dine again " If your memory is true , you will admit we were not ready to go up.

But up we have stayed. And I have no logical explanation for it. It is certainly not due to the expertise of the " manager " , if you can call him that.
Many things have no logical explanation , but they are there. Now I might be wrong , but do not contradict me if I am.

Some of you , I know , detest Pulis and at the same time praise Coates as " Saviour ". But think back to when we were being run by the Icelanders. Coates was still on the board of directors , quietly biding his time , waiting for the Norsemen to fail so that he could take full control at a bargain price. While the Icelanders and Stoke City were struggling , Coates did not lift a finger to help. That's how much of a " died - in - the - wool " supporter he is. For god's sake the man is a bookie , and everything he does is for a profit for himself. Don't tell me how much he has spent on Stoke City , he is still well in pocket.

I warn you now , even from a mid-table position , if we continue with our present tactics , we are in real danger of going down.

And like I said before , if I am wrong , don't contradict me. I feel better now.

So is Pulis going to start panic buying this week and land us with another crock of **** we can't sell, he hasn't got a clue, our form is becoming a farce and every team we face will be getting more confident. Is that the last 4 prem games that we have let at least 3 goals in, for a defensively set up team that's an embarrasment.

I dont think he will panick buy, he is too stuborn to believe the way he is going "5 year plan" is right - he buys in accordance with that!
