I feel sorry for him as he wanted to come here, but Mourinho wouldn't let him for some obscene reason. No doubt Wenger would have treated him and utilised him properly.

Maybe he just isn't up to premier league standards ?
 
Not at all, he's a great player. He's been played out of position and he's surrounded by mediocrity bar Joe Allen.
 
I think Goal.com are not far off with this one. I am confident that Walcott will sign, his people and him have played this brilliantly to be fair.

That doesn't mean you didn't overrate him when you were saying he would be the difference of us getting fourth this season or not.

Like I told you then, he would be fifth/sixth in the pecking order at our midfield if we had got him.
