Bad idea IMO. If you're gonna rant, I'd do it to her face, but that's just me.

Never, ever put anger into writing. You will regret it in the future. Keep your dignity and be the bigger person.

Don't send it to her, you'll regret it. If you need to vent, post it here, or even just write it and bin it, but you'll definitely regret sending it somewhere down the line.

If you have a go though...all she will think is thank God I'm no longer with that nutter. Keep your dignity...hard when you're hurting, but I've been there. I was very upset, but decided that two ghastly people weren't going to change me and make me behave badly. If you are better than her, you've had a lucky escape.

Ask your very best friend to go down the pub with you this evening and while there tell him/her* the whole miserable unhappy story while slowly getting pissed and then tomorrow forget about her forever.

*I caution you against telling a woman anything as they never forget and they will surprise you in bringing the matter up about 60 years later with perfect recall of everything you have said. I speak from experience.
