Had to look it up, would never have got it. Minardi must have been desperate, someone who failed to score a point in 12 Euro F3000 races hardly looks like F1 driver material, especially when I don't recognise a single driver from the season standings in the year he competed.
The two terms are practically synonyms Remember, they ended up with Alex Yoong in the car. I also looked it up.
Arghh, I think I know but I can't remember. It's a 2002 Minardi but the driver? Wasn't he called Goblin or something? Full of monies but absolutely no talent.
I really want to give it to you. As no one else is looking close to getting it, I'll give it to you It was Sergei Zlobin, a pioneer of Russian motorsport
My next guess was going to Abramavich and then then Yuri Gagarin. I was fast running out of Russians.
I seem to remember he was in line to replace yoong but his russian money dried out. im going with: Ivor Bollockov...
I hate people who turn Russian names into cheap puns since I got a Russian girlfriend. It's such an outrageous stereotype. I mean if you can seriously find anything wrong with a girl with a name like Ivana Suckyuov, then that's just childish
Awwww come on. We're not being mean, just having a laugh with the names. As an English bloke living in the states, I'm used to the same stereotypes on a daily basis... but it's as long as it's without malice then I'm fine with it. That aside, sorry for any offence caused. Edit: Totally missed the point there. One slapped arse for me. In my defense, I was reading it on the bog after a boozy night.
This has actually reminded me of one of my favorite books. Bubbles in the Bath - By Ivor Windybottom.
I got a book a few years back entitled "Formula 1 and The Clergy". The author was one Rev. Herup. I get the worrying feeling we're going to go back to making cow puns out of drivers' names.
Thats the one! Lets see if I can find something evil, and then have it guessed in 12 minutes! please log in to view this image Who in what in which year? Uber bonus for the track.
