I highly recommend going to see The Impossible. One of the most powerful and gripping films I have seen in a long time. Very emotional as well. Not for the squeamish though.

i have a whole bookshelf full of them and they snake under my bed and in front of the window. its getting ridiculous, until i have my own house i will have to store them in a way that doesnt take up half my bedroom.

As a qualified technonerd (I'm not really) I would suggest buying a terabyte hard drive and recording all your DVD's on to it via your computing device. You can watch all your films on your TV if you have the right sort of wiring thingy. Then you can give all your DVD's away to charity or whatever.

Or sell them for 30p each to some rip off place.

i couldnt possibly do that. i like to see them all lined up in alphabetical order on display. this is just a temporary solution!

You remind me of my friends who refused to replace their vinyl albums with CD's back in the '80's and '90's because they looked nicer (and you could skin up on them). I give you 5 years before you see how sensible my suggestion is. Take a photo of your DVD's if you want to look at them.

You may not be taking into account that they could increase dramatically in value one day.
