He is still Italian though.

 

(I asked italian as the helmet is green white red) Then im going with Teo fabi as I think he was at Bennetton maybe he was in place at toleman.

For Minardi, in what must be 03? and going off that wing surely its Monza.

Engine.... Cosworth surely, unless its a trick and they trailed something else?

Correct. I think the driver was Marco Apicella but Im not certain

 

I was thinking Shinji Nakano, purely for the Japanese connection. Will have a gander later!
