Lovin the so called stories guys and rumours of what took place, funny how some are way exaggerated , I deal in facts so if they were racially abused report it ..simples ,if not then don't tweet it
Come on guys, you don't sound like you don't care about people not liking you. More players commented on it - so you should be hoping they don't complain, otherwise your club gets dragged through the mud. Once again.
Seems like you bought your own brand of dimwit to the Den. Chair throwing, flares, coins AND giving it large. Bad move as usually Charlton fans are usually left alone and they don't come looking for trouble. They did however cause problems (Addick fans voice not mine) so the return leg will not be your usual day out. http://www.charltonlife.com/discussion/51993/flare-at-the-end-and-trouble/p7 (half way down) As for the racist comments, let's see what happens but my view is that NOTHING will come of it as NOTHING happened.
I won't defend the charlton fans that did that. Think they were idiots who have now given millwall fans an excuse to retaliate against innocent people. Think from our player(s!!!) reactions that some things must have been said. And history also isn't on your side. We'll see what happens I guess.
I can't remember- which English club has the worst record of violent fans? Which club has had their ground closed more than once?
Throwing sh!t or flares over your neighbours garden wall isn't clever, they know where you live. Breaking their dining room chairs aint bright either. If they start making racist remarks about you and yours let the courts sort it out. Whilst our players can feel truly agrieved at the abuse they have taken, I doubt whether the club will complain when we take along mindless idiots who throw flares that can hit young kids and break the seating in the stand. I don't feel very proud of our support today.
You should look at the FA tables for that and you'll find that we're FAR down the list. As you know, our club has done more than anyone to combat the problems that we've had over the years and yes we have a reputation for being violent but it's no different than at a few other clubs. The difference is that we're under the spotlight more. http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/public...rrests-banning-orders/fbo-2010-11?view=Binary

Sorry but are they singing 'wera wed an why army'? Anyway, I see you have some very brave/stupid fans. Good luck to them on the return leg.
Why's that? Flares are sad, ripping seats out is pathetic, why would Millwall fans react? I guess this probably means we should be worried about playing Walsall after another complete muppet had a go at a seat there last season.
IA, this fixture is usually a good local derby because Millwall don't see your fans as any kind of 'threat'. The OB let the fans come out together and there is no history between the two of trouble. Now a lot of the Wall fans will take what happened as 'taking the piss', and that (whether you agree or not/like it or not) is not a good idea. You have a group of fans called the 'Red Division' who think they are some kind of 'mob', they will be sought out for sure. Things have changed, believe.
Hipefully they take issue with the red division then- not parents and kids. If it was the red division, then hopefully they are man enough to expect and deal with any consequences. It's all pathetic, which overshadowed a tight, heart pumping derby.
