He injured himself on the weekend during Hamburg's loss to some ****, relegation-bound side and their winter break's coming up, so he might just be paying a visit and doing some Christmas shopping.
Seems like someone that has a good relationship with the fans of virtually every club that he's been at, so he's bound to get a very warm welcome, if he does pop over.
Might just be winding up the fans of his current side and having a joke, of course.
 
Just read something which clarifies this whole thing, I think.
Van der Vaart tweeted that picture just after Hamburg beat high flying Shalke 3-1 last night, in a game which he missed through injury.
As their form hasn't been too good this season, I assume he's joking about the side playing better without him, so "I go to Spurs again", as he's not needed.
