I got married young mate, 27yrs and still going, so no, not lonely...just wishing I was! ....don't tell her that!
I was calling you a girl Notso, not a loner! Fair play to you on your marriage, especially as you found someone crazy enough to marry you! just kidding!
I'd heard that as he is out with an injury, he was taking the opportunity to come watch us tonight. However it seems as though he may not have attended so I'll stick to the rumour you heard.
Look at PNP's post that has solved it I think. Rafa was not playing but his side did well without him so he is joking and saying he might as well return to Spurs.
the guy that could not last longer then 60mins for us the guy that cant last more then 60 mins for hamburg. i also heard hes not been to good over there and now hes out for 3 months. he said he loved us but couldnt wait to leave hes 29 and lets be honest senider is better
So I agree with what Google just said when I searched for "Senider footballer": Do you mean Schneider? (Though actually I presume you mean Sneijder). And if so - so what? Sneijder is indeed probably better than VDV - Sneijder's looked one of the best players for Holland for years now. He's surely one of Europe's top players. I don't get your problem with VDV only playing 60 mins. It is, after all, 60 mins of quality that you get. Plus it's why he's not a 30m pound player and a club like Spurs can afford him. If you really want an inferior player who can play the full 90 then that's your choice. (This argument sometimes reminds me of the Woody Allen joke about two old women complaining about a restaurant. ONe says "The food here is terrible" and the other says "Yes - and with such small portions!". It's like people would rather have had an inferior player so that we can have an inferior player on the pitch for the full 90 mins rather than quality for 60mins).
Yes, injury problems were a nightmare, but you can't blame him for wanting to go back to his wife. Have u not seen her KC?!
I see you are a Taarabt fan and spend most of your time on the QPR board. You say you love us but are never here.
i think Avb made it clear rafa wasnt part of his plans so as hamburg have been trying to sign him each year since he left them,he decided to give his ex another chance but he misses the excitement of his true love, tottenham and maybe he will have another short affair with us before he hangs up his boots!
To be fair, KC does bring up the otherside of the coin with Rafa. I think with all the criticism of Dempsey and Sigurdsson there's been a bit of romanticising about just how good Rafa was. Don't get me wrong I think he's a great player but there were plenty of frustrations with him too. Whether it was taking every setpiece(apart from the one he gave Walker), getting injured a lot, not getting into the area enough, not being able to play with Defoe(also Defoe and 'Arry's fault) or not being able to open up stubborn defences. He has skill and technique for days and still had a lot to offer us but he was nowhere near as important for us as Modric and King were.
West Ham never looked in danger during the second half of their game today. I can't see Rafa turning this one around for the Plegs, not this season. I'm now shortening my odds on Rafa lasting morethen six months. 2/1 anybody.....
Well, if thats the case, somebody should jolly-well make up a thread about the 'wrong' Rafa so that I can copy and paste my comment.................then. 2/1 anybody. get 2/1 on here.
