    Hows Gignac doing at Marseille?

And Izugarre, what he like? I know he won player of the year in Scotland and is an attacking Full back but it is the scottish league so would he cut it in the prem?

Well Gignac was never a realistic option, i kept pointing toward him simply because he is blueprint perfect for what we need, he's returned from injury in fine form, and Marseille now look likely to catch Lille and win Ligue 1, so that means Champions League, on the south coast of France.

Izugarre i have watch about 6 times this season, and every single time he has been eye catching.

Defensively not perfect, but not many wing backs are nowadays.

The lad is fantastic on the ball, quick and creative, uses it well, and a great crosser at pace to boot, he looks like he could take the pressure of the midfield, a-la-Mickey Gray, and give the centre mids more space and freedom.

Like you say, it's SPL, but he doesn't just look good up there, he looks head and shoulders above the rest imo.

I suppose we could take a punt at him, i mean he wouldnt be expensive and im sure if it didnt work out he could always go too the championship for a decent price.

We need a ST who will be the future of the Club, someone who in 5 years time can be seen as a man mountain who helped the club to win 3 consecutive FA cups :) Lacina Traore and Romelu Lukaku are the 2 stand out young target men in the world atm if we are ambitious we could make a bid. The premier league is always a draw too these players, it doesnt matter about our geographical location for these lads at this stage of there career.

Traore's just speculation for me, nobody has seen a lot of him, what i've seen he looks a bit clumsy.

Lukaku, on the other hand, looks an absolute sensation in waiting, there'd be no harm in trying but the competition would be huge, our joker might be the 'you can play now' card.

We have Mig already, and there's still murmurs about Witsel, so 3 young Belgians together may be good, the crop of young players Belgium have at the minute are their best ever, even the Scifo team, we'd do worse than to try and tap in.

There's a kid Funes Mori who plays for River Plate, seem him twice only on bet365, but scored both times and looks a real handful, big lad as well.

Havent heard of Mori, theres afew good young Belgians and by the 2018 WC they could probably have a Quater Final team. The likes of Defour, Witsel and Lukaku are all very well thought of.
Ive seen Lukaku score afew times in the Europa League for Anchelect and he is a very good finisher. Witsels a more creative talent but havent seen that much from him.

Theres also Mkbani, hes at Wolfsburg on loan from Standard, hes from the congo so they wont qualify for the African cup of nations and he has a good touch from what ive seen, he has played 7 times and hasnt scored for them 5 of which were sub appearances so he would be a gamble in terms of goals but you dont know with these players, all it could take is 1 goal for them too kick off there career.

but skp was no giant, and if we're after several strikers, i'm sure at least one of them will be a big bugger...

Falcao is a ST, hes 5'10 but he plays off Hulk who is a tank so they complement eachother. Falcao is good in the air still.

Tim Cahill is only 5'10 but he shows that its gettting into the space that is the most important thing. I would love if we could sign him too play off gyan.

Was the fact you said 'if we're gonna go big' then quoted a midget.

We could go for Hulk and Falcao, we know they can play together like....

How much realistically would we have to pay to get them both though.

That's the question, i'd hazard at least £12million a piece, maybe even more for Falcao the form he's been in.

We could buy Hazard from Lille, very good highly thought of player. Is he belgian too? we could pimp Mig out too them in order to encourage them all too sign.

With the likes ofHazard, Falcao, Hulk and Lukaku its all very well saying "they wont come, they will go to a bigger club" that club still has too go in for them and if were first in then we could realisticly get them surely?

falcao 15 goals in the europa league so far, think he'd cost a mint, class player mind, or maybe cos he's playing in a class team...
