He said you played really well up until the 60th minute? He can't fault the players effort and they played to their maximum? It was inexperience that cost you the game, not lack of quality as you showed plenty of that?
Did you watch the game mate?? We played well in comparison to how we have done this season but in reality, we were utter ****. If this is their maximum then we are joining you in the lower echelons of the league!
He is f..king wearing blinkers. We were out passed the entire game and constantly gave possession away in all area's of the pitch. Hoof ball still relevant Where is the inexperience he talks about in the team ? It's about time he did some work on the training pitch from corners, both end of the pitch, varied free kicks etc., otherwise we could be in the drop zone very soon.
QWOP, no didn't see it mate. I just seen everyone's reaction on here and then heard his interview, and thought well somebody's full of ****!
Did you really need to question who, the guy has lost the plot. 8 more years of this rubbish and we will be a run of the mill football league club.
Slighty better than last week but not acceptable. Pards needs to get his rose tinted specs off and get some prescrition ones. This is not good enough!
Eight more years of this and they'll be playing to empty houses! Even the die hard fans won't be going!
Lads you are not that bad! yes your season hasn't really started, but you were playing one of the best passing sides in the Premiership in my view, Yes I'm a Swans supporter, but you are going to be fine, once some of your players come back, mind I do not rate Pardew, remember him from the Charlton days, he was clueless back then, and it seems he called it all wrong today!..................
His persistence at this outdated and ineffective 442 is doing my head in. Granted we had a few key players out today but we haven't played a decent game of football in the prem this season and doing alright in Europe is not enough to keep me satisfied. The league is the bread and butter. Anyone with half a brain seen this coming a mile off. Gambling that we could get by with the players we had. I keep saying this but it's true. Standing still is to move backwards and that's why we have done. 2 options. Sign the ****ing players to fit the system you want to play or CHANGE THE ****ING SYSTEM.
I hope some comments are said in anger. Some fairweather fans we have at times. Takes a Swansea fan to put a bit of realism in there. Some fans need to get in the real world. We seem to think we're just gonna roll teams over for fun. This is the PL! We played ok for 60mins and were the better side but we didn't take our chances. Well done Swansea too, they came with a game plan to contain and counter, and defended well.
I watched it, as it seemed like the pick of the bunch to view.. Was expecting a decent game.. Don't know what's happened to your lot, but i will say 'with players like Ben Arfa, things will improve'. Even during a dire game, he looked immense...
People forget that Pardew was manager of the season last year. Fair enough, we've had a bad start but we've had Europe, injuries and suspensions to deal with. The reaction of some people is way OTT. Let's not even start to judge him until after the January window.
As much as I have enjoyed watching a few people on here squirm and spit their dummies out over the last 24hrs, finally somebody speaking with common sense.
I fail to see how voicing discontent at our poor performances this season can be classed as "spitting dummies out" bud. A manager's remit is to get the best out of the players at his disposal, Pardew has failed to do this even once in the league this season and we're a third of the way through. He did a great job last year, can't take that away from the bloke. Some valid concerns have been raised by some fans on here over the last two day's. Anything less than four points from our next two league games and I'd hazard a guess that the minority of disgruntled fans will become more vocal. Whether that's right is down to personal opinion I guess. I could handle our points tally if the performances of the team were gutsy and courageous, unfortunately they are two words you couldn't associate with us this season so far. We're a good team, with good players, however this season they've been managed poorly for whatever reason. I don't really buy the whole "we're in Europe so league form will suffer" talk, Ben Arfa & Ba are yet to feature in the competition and Cabaye played against Bordeaux and had 10 minutes against Brugge. Our league eleven is completely different to our Europe 11.
