just read it,it appear's we have nothing to fear, they will end up nearer the relegation area than the top 6.that thread is really a pile of crap
Famous at last Absolutely a copy and paste, hence me providing the link Edit: my god I've heard about the LFC obsession on this board and these threads inparticular but I didn't really believe how bad it was Second edit the article is written by a Liverpool supporting journalist for Liverpool fans eyes. It is based purely on facts and figures and does not exactly paint Liverpool in a pretty picture. How can it be deemed delusional? I understand opposition fans not liking it, afterall it isn't written for their eyes (unless their obsessed with us like )
I think most people find it delusional because of the teams it compares you against as rivals, it seems to have missed out teams like Stoke, Swansea and fulham who are actually your current rivals.
Diego, Spurs posters class themselves as rivals to your club yet they are 10 points behind after only 11 games, on the flipside they are 5 points ahead of us yet have lost more games in 11 than us, they are more our rivals than yours. This thread was started by Mr Delusional himself. We're work in progress but the Spurs posters think that they're the dogs bollox and up there with the elite.
Really?, I don't think you'll find too many comments suggesting we're in competition with the Manchesters, find them. You're right, you're a work in progress, we're just a better work in progress thats the difficulty you lot have isn't it. You just can't get over the fact the of the 'original' top4, you are the only ones to, err...royally **** it all up for yourselves.
Quite amusing that the only person that responds to my comment is a manc. Can't get away from them Ironically, with a comment that I have already made (on original thread) to another manc (this ones alright though)
Welcome to the Spurs board, Gerrez! Here, on this thread, you will find informed, honest, objective, unbiased, and non-wumming debate about all things 'Pool and Mouser. Before the season started, I predicted that the first high-profile sacking would be between RDM and Roy Rodgers. I confess that RDM has taken me very much by surprise, although I will admit that there is still a long way to go and still plenty of time for him to screw up. However, I doubt that even you would deny that Roy Rodgers is now the odds-on favourite to be sacked in the New Year, or certainly by the end of the season. Who do you think you'll get in when he's shown the door? Big Sam probably wouldn't be the first name on the average Mouser's lips, but he is good at keeping teams up, and he will have the added benefit of adopting his hoof-ball tactics to Carroll's strengths. If Suarez goes to £ity in January, you'll definitely be needing Carroll back. What are your thoughts?
Since we 'dropped out' of the original top 4 you think Spurs took our place. City did and it looks like our neighbours will be the ones to take Arsenal's place this season. It's all well and good getting into the CL but why all the drama?, loaded question for you, do you think Spurs will win the CL? Don't delude yourself by giving a yes, we won one and we've been to another final, beat that kid
I've come across you before (on the Liverpool board before you got banned) so don' try to pull a fast one Why is AVB not on your list...? Just as much reason for him to be on there as the other two, if not more considering he has less experience in England (you can even narrow this down to just Premier League experience if you like) than the others. Rodgers can be the bookies favourite or not, I don't really care. He is doing a good job, he just needs to rectify the scoring issue. Unfortunately, this is a problem both Liverpool and Rodgers had before joining forces so only time will tell
How are you a better work in progress? Levy sacked a manager that got you top 4 and now you will do worse this season than last, I'd say your future is no more or less bright than ours.
It's a shame that we will miss out on the 6 goals AC would have provided us with, but probable that Suso/Sterling will fill that gap better.
It's called opinion, and judging by the noise coming from your lot it's pretty clear from all sides that you're weaker now than under HR
The evidence might suggest differently, but why let your opinion be spoiled by facts. We will see the answer to this at the end of the season. More important than losing HR is the loss of Modric & VDV and atm Dembele.
