ffs bringing him on with 3mins to go!

worked his arse off in those 3 mins and looked like he actually wanted it but ffs Martin

its obv. the manager doesn't rate him

I can see him going to another club and turning into a gd player, never going to get a chance here IMO

Mon will not be here by the time we play QPR, and he will be played straight away by the new manager.

Why in the final minute, was Wickham taking a throw in?

Surely the whole point was to have him to aim at.

MON famously has his favourites though and it's already showing. Ridiculous

what do you class a good manager?

when its time for him to go the club need to go down a different route

a young, fresh, enthusiastic, attacking manager with plenty of idea's is what we need just like Swansea have done

Martinez would be the man but if he wouldn't come we need to look around Europe, don't know if Sunderland know how to do that mind

A game lost purely by the manager. Played well first half, created chances, scored and then back to his old ways. At HT we all knew he would do it, be honest. Everton were really poor at the back but he decided to try and 'hang on'. Free kick by Larsson second half summed it up with no centre backs forward and then Vaughan for Johnson. Wickham should have been on ahead of Saha and agree 3 mins totally insulting. Either totally change Marty or I'll ring the taxi.

Thought MON and the lads had it won. A daft two minutes. Did people actually watch the game. Ffs, it's not painting by numbers.

The lad is 19. You can't pin all our hopes on him, he may have a bad game then you'll be on here hanging him out to dry.

I've never said that. I still say ( and he's only 18 ish) that he will come good. You cannot do that with 2-3 minutes here and there. Give him 5 games, tell him he's in regardless and then lets make a decision on him.

You could do worse than partnering the big fella with Fletcher at present

Seemed bizarre that O'neill was having him take a throw-in instead of trying to get on the end of it.
