Just talking to somebody the other day about our away trips to Pompey and what a great atmosphere there was at Fratton Park. A bit old and shabby maybe, but loads of character just as the fans had a lot of character. The people living around the ground were great too and usually had a few kind words for us. Good watering hole not too far from the ground too, can't remember the name of it now but it was packed to the rafters and the bar staff were great.
