Well he's got some bites.

You must be bored ****less, Erik. The Auld Firm slagging match or a "which munter off the telly would you shag?" picture thread on General Chat must be dire tonight.

I'm not even looking for bites. The original post was me venting my spleen about seeing more of this sycophantic pandering to an average ex-footballer who had his live saved 6 months ago.

From the comments, I'm guessing most of you didn't even see it. The one person who did, ISTPLT, agrees with me

I think a lot of him going back is to highlight the work of the medical team and not about him himself, like I said this can only be a good thing. My sister would have lost her baby in London a few weeks ago if not for the great work done in the hospitals and they can't just rely on government monies.

Again, I am not questioning Muamba personally thanking the staff who helped him. I am questioning him being led to the centre-circle at half-time to be applauded by the Spurs fans, as if he had actually done anything.

Do you think it was all planned ? Maybe some kind of diversionary tactic to take everyone's attention off something else ? Savile perhaps ?

I didn't see him getting knighted or an OBE so I don't know why you keep blabbing on like a cretin about "achievement" or "non-achievement'. This was just him thanking the crowd, who were very supportive at the time. I remember Spurs fans being just as worried as the Bolton fans were.
You're really a proper ******.

careful .. nobody type anything that might upset an individual , the idiot police will come around and take you down with a fat tazer and a very angry dog !

For some reason he's just been wheeled out in front of the Spurs crowd for their non-Bolton, non-Muamba related Europa League tie with Maribor, a side Muamba has never played for from Slovenia, a country he has no connection with.

Can somebody tell me what the achievement is in him not dying?
Poor Erik very poor

I think there are a lot worse things in the world to be complaining about to be honest, like people not knowing you can't be offside directly from a goal-kick and so on
