Sunday should give us an idea as to what kind of form we're in. Could have done without the Bordeaux game on Thursday though.

Aye but the EL is our bottom priority. It would be nice to progress, but not at the expense of our league form.
I wouldn't overly worry about something like that to be honest. Highly unlikely we'll win the whole thing anyway, but if you were to, you'll need to beat these sides at some stage. When you combine that with it not really being our main priority then finishing 2nd will be fine. I'd prefer to go through and of course preferably as group winners. Provided we are not carrying too many injuries we should cope ok. The key thing is not getting too sucked in by it and letting it derail our main objective, backing up last seasons league success. Stoke and Fulham have both fallen into this trap in recent seasons.

Evening AB . Out on business again and totally missed the bleedin' match! But at least we won! Beers are on me!
