Why cant you ban him. i got banned by cardiff ????I am ignorant of the workings of this i admit.....Im sure supermod is a decent guy as i have not dealt with him so cant judge him but if you have your own forum then surely some form other than a permanent ban can be worked out.....we all know how heated it can get on every board and im not condoning what casual has said through pms to any of you but that is an advantage you have over the rest of us. Its just a shame that we will lose one of our own permanently that's all. I'm fully supportive of a ban and a lengthy one if warranted but everyone deserves a second chance even casual. say 3 strikes and your out type of thing, If you amass 3 bans then whoever has no comeback and has not learned his lesson so zap him with a permanent.....I'm sure this supermod would listen to sense and a workable proposal.....If not then there is nothing we can do about it but we tried....
 
The Cardiff mods would have gone to the supermod at the time and asked for you to be banned from their board Dai.
 
Just let the mods do their job. We selected them, there are no hidden agendas involved. We must trust the guys we selected to monitor the board for better or worse.

There will always be difference of opinion but let's be honest here,the mods we have now are the most hands on we've ever had,they should be respected for that.

I must repeat,we selected them to do a job and I think we should trust them to do it. We are not trusting these guys with our life savings just trusting them as fellow jacks to try to keep the flow of traffic passable on an Internet forum...simples <ok>
 
The mods are wrong on casual's banning .... period . Re -instating him , with an apology , would be ample enough suffering for the mods as a whole .
 
Im with the mods on this one, they are pretty fair with everyone and do a thankless job, cant win what ever decisions they make.

More so with the bunch of moaning bastards we get on here (you know who you are) :)

you want on here ?
How would you react if someone pm'd you with messages like that ?

I just want to make sure I fully understand your position on things.

The way I'm reading it Dai, even though you didn't answer my question directly you don't agree with the vile stuff he was up to and can see why he was banned.

Init.. Let the mods do what they need to do,we've known them ages from here and the old 606 so I think it's fair to assume they only want the best for fellow jacks and the board <ok>
 
By the way jackash , if you go back & check the thread made about how people felt about the elimination of stickies , you just might find that a possible majority felt they should stay , but you dumped them anyways ....did the thread asking how people felt mean anything !!,

If no one else post any more rubbish on this thread , I'll ride off into the sunset . I've depended on a dozen posters or so over the last 5 years on here & the old sight to get the truth ... some say something & I know it's the opposite , some are spot on with every post . Most of that dozen or so are gone these days so no great loss !
