For the record, you and Dragon gave Dilli, and in particular Ash a terrible time of it when they told you to use the Ignore button and stop abusing me. We all remember it. Now it's "They're doing a fine job".

Went to supermod because he wouldn't let up as Ash has confirmed. The Newcastle mod spoke to me after it all. Pm's are pm's and even though it was unpleasant I didn't bring them into the equation. It's blatantly obvious you don't believe me and I am disappointed and surprised.

As for your feud, that started a long time ago so I haven't had a lot to do with it. All I did was ask Phil to let up and he has. He hadn't been abusive to you lately but if he was I would be right on top of it.

So if you didn't bring PM's into the equation what were you complaining to the supermod about? The reason you gave on your thread was this:

No mention of abusive PM's at all. Yet none of the above is a reason to ban imo. Just take your own advice and ignore him. If he was sending you overtly abusive PM's you should have mentioned that fact as it's far more serious imo. You didn't have to reveal the content and would have got much more sympathy from the rank and file members.

I'm not going to lie to you Dilli, I am very uneasy about this but am also concerned that the membership doesn't have a line of communication to the supermod as "he doesn't like PM's".

Kj, brb doesn't read his private messages, he openly said that on the moderator board. There's a thread for us moderators on the mod board for us to speak with him.

I've said time and again why and what I said to the supermod.

I didnt mention pm's to him as it's for the issues I've listed time and again. Also because he was messaging filth.

The pm's were a side issue, do you think that calling someone a fcuking Cnut and saying I hope your wife shags someone else and leave you acceptable ? I didn't want to say it in public but now i've had to, thats the type of messages I was getting !!


If you want to back someone that does that then good luck with him because you'll need it. I've had a ****ful of it all

i think you should reinstate him cant see a reason for a full ban. and put an end to all the personal bickering thats ruining our forum as i for one dont want to read it its got flickall to do with football or swansea. start yourselves a fight club thread and when this childish squabbling starts the mods can throw them in there and leave them to it.

 

I think everyone should take a step back and realise how petty all of this is! The reason why I choose 606 is because the majority of people on here have more football knowledge than other forums.

Unless casual was being racist, personally abusive or posting very inappropriate images then I feel there is no justification on banning him. To argue with someone on here I take with a massive pinch of salt and laugh it off. if someone called me names why would I take offence to it, I once made a slightly offensive joke and the reaction was unbelievable. I just thought get over it and moved on.

I thought he would have to lay off Casual because all mods become kinder & gentler when they become one ... not the case as it turned out ... watched guys like Swamp ( bless him ) & Siam mellow out when they became mods ....

Norway doesn't post for months but can't wait to get his two-penneth worth in as soon as I post anything mildly controversial. A blatant breach of the forum rules that goes unpunished, yet Casual gets banned now for something he said (in the face of massive provocation as I recall) months and months ago. Dilli: Your quote above attributed to Casual was absolutely ages ago and you know it. Why complain about that now? Your reasons for seeking a ban (because that's what you actively did) are not sufficient. End of. It smacks of vindictiveness of the worse kind and if others want to be part of a forum that should be renamed The 1984 Forum then go right ahead.

Stumpy: Sorry I'm "boring" you but I thought you said I'm on your ignore list. How does that work? Dilli has agreed that we have always got on despite your assertions to the contrary. No apology from you despite you Pm'ing the supermod that my motives were down to a dislike of Dilli. This is clearly wrong, as you were repeatedly told - even by Dilli himself. But you just jumped right in feet first didn't you? The effect will be exactly what you wanted - to undermine a valid point that I was putting to the supermod that will now be ignored by him. No other way to say it - you're a tosser.

I'm done with you and your forum - a totalitarian regime where, when comments are invited you're criticised if you don't go along with what's been done. If you've "never had a problem" with a mod you're OK. But watch out if you've had a run-in. When you're losing good posters like Breezy then it speaks volumes.

Frankly, you can keep it.
