Damn! so Kos is starting?..Im not happy about that with Dzeko up front.

I dont think he can match him in the air. Wont be suprised if City score from a set piece or cross against us.

Hope Crazorla is playing down the middle too.

Ramsey!?!? Makes no sense....surely he is not ahead of Walcott or Oxo....let alone Carzola in CM!

Furthermore, surely giroud is needed in a physical game like this...and not backflicking ramsey?

I don't know what Arsene is doing. He's the expert so I'm not going to act as if I know more than him... but starting Giroud would surely make more sense against probably the biggest, strongest defenders in the league? And Ramsey? Jesus, this is one game where keeping posession will be the key to winning....I hope Ramsey proves me wrong though.

Ramsey picked for his work rate, I reckon. He will track back and has the energy. Just needs to make sure that he does not play any silly passes and needs to keep it simple. If we can keep it tight, then we have some serious pace on the bench to bring on in the second half.

Is it wrong for all my optimism to vanish the moment i see the team sheet? I'd rather play Gnabry than Ramsey. I'd rather start 10 men than use Ramsey. At least the non-existent man can't f*ck up at every opportunity.

I usually admire Wenger for giving people a chance...but sometimes he goes to far. Ramsey will never be the player he expects....put on Oxo he runs a lot too and is BETTER.

I'm getting behind Arsenal, in spite of the fact the line up does not fill me up with confidence. We're going to really need to battle in midfield because that's where the game will be won today. I can only assume Wenger will use Giroud, Walcott/Oxo as impact subs depending on how the game pans out. Bringing some pace on against tired legs I guess.

To be fair Ramsey had been ok recently when he's come on.

Has also played a few good passes already.

I'm more concerned about the change to our back four.

We are playing well though.
