    Morning Everyone,
Warnock has accused his Leeds United side of being “naive” and urged them to “grow up quickly” in the wake of Tuesday’s derby reverse to Hull City. Colin has been renowned in the past for hisw tight defence, and boasts the best ever defensive record with QPR who conceded just 32 goals two seasons ago. I don't even want to check how many we have let in so far.....

It is interesting to compare crowd attendances over the last couple of years (since coming up from League 1.) Interestingly, our last 3 fixtures against Hull have all been on a Tuesday night. This means we can compare like for like.
    • 2010/11 – 24,986 (Tuesday, November 9th 2010)
    • 2011/12 – 22,363 (Tuesday, August 16th 2011)
    • 2012/13 – 19,750 (Tuesday, September 18th 2012)
The evidence shows that in less than two years, Leeds United have “lost” more than 5,000 fans. Assuming an average ticket price of £25, that’s £125,000 lost on this game alone. If that trend continues throughout the season, Leeds United will be down almost £3m on 2010/11′s gate receipts

    PMA?

    pre menstrual agony?

    post match ale?

    poke my arse?

I give up, a bit thick today. Anyway, had thought the same on the attendances, as one of those who refuses to go to home games it sorta vindicates the decision, does the heart good to know he is being "fined" £3m a year for failing to invest where he should have done. But I worry that the youngsters are abandoning Leeds, so the sooner someone sticks a pen in his hand (or anywhere else that comes to mind) and we can move on, the better.

Morning all. Im almost surprised were "only" down 5,000 in past three years. That'll be easy rectified eventually. Personally, I find watching matches on tv increasingly depressing with a stadium that has more empty seats than full ones. If ever anyone needs a reminder of how low we've sunk under the bearded one, take a look at the empty seats. Tells a bigger story than the protests even. Actually beginning to feel like last season never ended, torture just continuing on into a new one

agree we can get 5000 back. I am looking at the 20,000 gap to the gates we could be getting in the Prem, thats the loss of young support that bothers me. Even Spurs get 36000 plus a game.

Good moaning to all. Well I've been away for a while, enjoying life on the ocean and sampling various types of food, wine and beer. It appears that not much has taken place since I was last with you, except of course for the usual less than acceptable performances on the pitch (what did anyone expect with the current squad of average squad players) and of course the take over stuff.
Perhaps one day we will all look at the history of Leeds United since 2004 and laugh in our pints, till then more misery will no doubt be heaped on us.

    Enjoy your day.....

Think positively about it, the empty seats means less income to the Bates Boys and even if the club went into administration, the outcome would be 100% better than continuing with the Bates masterplan.

It is depressing though when you see old footage of Elland road rammed and rocking. It doesnt even look the same ground, let alone what it must be like to play in when its full. <sigh>

Elland road used to make or break a player, its rapidly just turning into another away ground for travelling supporters and an expensive one at that!

Completely agree with ya Eire. I maybe a bit premature in saying this but it feels a lot like 06/07 again. I have a horrible sneaky feeling that NW won't be a the club for much longer and Bates will bring an ex-chelsea yes man.

New owners may be looking at a new stadium, perhaps more community focused. If crowds are going down and down, then you need to look at all the alternatives.

Wise wasn't selected for the second round of interviews for the Coventry job, perhaps a return to Leeds is on the cards?
