Morning Everyone,
Warnock has accused his Leeds United side of being ânaiveâ and urged them to âgrow up quicklyâ in the wake of Tuesdayâs derby reverse to Hull City. Colin has been renowned in the past for hisw tight defence, and boasts the best ever defensive record with QPR who conceded just 32 goals two seasons ago. I don't even want to check how many we have let in so far.....
It is interesting to compare crowd attendances over the last couple of years (since coming up from League 1.) Interestingly, our last 3 fixtures against Hull have all been on a Tuesday night. This means we can compare like for like.
- 2010/11 â 24,986 (Tuesday, November 9th 2010)
- 2011/12 â 22,363 (Tuesday, August 16th 2011)
- 2012/13 â 19,750 (Tuesday, September 18th 2012)
The evidence shows that in less than two years, Leeds United have âlostâ more than 5,000 fans. Assuming an average ticket price of £25, thatâs £125,000 lost on this game alone. If that trend continues throughout the season, Leeds United will be down almost £3m on 2010/11′s gate receipts
