They like him at Liverpool so not sure exactly how true this is, it is the mail after all. Would be hilarious if true

Rubbish. He was one of their best players last season.

Liverpool to Fulham is a move up on this season's showing.

To be fair, the article says that Rodgers offered Enrique to various other clubs in order to raise funds, not that he was a make weight in a cash plus player deal.

Still, can't make him feel great. Given the imbecility with which Rodgers has been operating in the market, I can beleive it in spite o it being from the Mail. Cheeky bid in January ?

Erm... maybe at the start, but towards the end he was average. Got raped so many times.

A lot of the Liverpool fans I know, get easily frustrated with Enrique and most have said; he tries to walk the ball out of dangerous situations, no end product/final ball and his lack of positional play to name a few.

I'd be very surprised if Enrique was used as bait for Dempsey but there were rumours of Rodgers possibly using Downing at left back.

If he is getting hawked about we should get him back pronto. Loves the club and is a cracking player. This would allow Santon to move over too.

However I find this hard to believe. The main problem is this is the media. And in this case its the Daily Fail. They're a fecking laughing stock as far as this stuff goes. They're even worse than Sky Sports on deadline day for their bullshit. Jose was probably in their top 3 performers last year too and the fans really took to him. I'd be very surprised to find he is not wanted, even to raise funds.

Probably the same as Andy Carroll, Charlie Adam, Downing and Henderson, all feeling the love.

Would like to see Enrique back, same with Carroll, but doubt either will happen now.

I'd have him back in a heartbeat, alas it's been reported in one of the least reliable media sources, it has to be taken with a pinch of salts.
    Nice thought though!
