Owen hasn't been much good since he left Liverpool. He's had his moments - the Champions League hat-trick for United springs to mind - but by-and-large it's been all downhill. He's made more than enough money to retire and enjoy the rest of his life, with no worries apart from whether his donkey will win its latest race. I'd call it quits if I were him. If I were a Stoke fan I'd be worried about us signing such a pigheaded **** too, especially when he's so prone to injuries.
Not all all worried as we are signing him on a pay as you play deal if he doesnt play he wont get a penny so we cannot lose.
