Its good that it niggles you though that its all good up the road. We're in great health and looking set for another good season so I can understand the bitterness. All working hard and all spending their hard earned cash on NUFC merchandise , all very passionate about their team , and mostly canny lads actually.
You are of course correct that our team has boycotted Europe since 1974 , but we have also in that time boycotted the top flight of football for lengthy periods too. It's that roller coaster ride that makes being a supporter interesting. But both our clubs and supporters have that in common , don't we ?
