Hello Southampton fans,
Over the last several days there has been a number of bans issued to some of your members.
You need to resolve your differences, it is your community and for you to decide how these differences are resolved by working with your mods.
If you attempt to break a ban, then of course the consequences are likely to be a longer ban or even permanent.
Flaming http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flaming_(Internet) really does not assist your cause if you are wishing to express your views freely. The moderators of your board do so voluntarily and should not be subject to abuse or any attempts to disrupt the board.
Therefore after your community has had ample opportunity to highlight their differences over several days, albeit also under various multiple accounts, I have now disappointedly decided to get involved, as you appear unable to reach agreement with your mods.
I wish to respectfully to highlight the following two posters, Mr. Nice you have served your ban and I request that you post within the rules of your community, not my rules but the rules of the majority of posters on your board.
SFC 1885 - you are banned and remain banned, however, I also believe in an attempt at an opportunity, by only banning you from the Southampton board (also your rivals board) - I hope I have not made a wrong decision by not banning you outright. This is until such time that you can convince the mods (if that is even possible) the ban should be lifted. So it really is up to you, are you here to cause trouble or do you want to be part of the discussions on this board in the future?
So basically I have issued no permanent bans today but it is down to you and the other members of your virtual community how we proceed from here. Sorry people I cannot decide how your board is run, that needs to be decided by your members alone.
