He was banned for arguing, basically. I wasn't online at the time, but I think he opposed the closure of a thread, and he was arguing his case. He didn't say anything particularly offensive or inappropriate as far as I'm aware. He was apparently PMed that he'd been warned multiple times, which is just a straight up lie, and he's been banned temporarily I think.

It's not a lie. I know for a fact he had been warned twice previously and was on his last warning.
 
Mr nice is the hero this forum deserves, but not the one it needs right now...and so we'll hunt him, because he can take it. Because he's not a hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector...a dark knight.

Fair enough then, but don't you think warnings should have some sort of time limit? If there's a considerable lapse of time between each warning, it seems unfair that they should add up - in the same way that yellow cards are wiped after a certain amount of time.

I still don't understand what the mods think he did that was deserving of the ban, but I'll leave it up to the man himself to solve that mystery when he returns.
 
So just to clear up are we paying penarol 2.5m separately or are they getting 2.5m of the 14m fee?


Ps I thought Mr nice was a bit too far up his own ass.
 
Dan just realises that he's more intelligent than most of you. He consciously endeavours to avoid a patronising, pretentious and arrogant posting style, but it's an uphill battle for the lad, one that's too difficult for him to win.
