    So, do we believe this fella is instead of Matt Phillips - not a bad shout for 1/2 the cost.

    Im not so sure on Phillips to be honest, im not so sure how consistent he is and £5-£6m is a lot for someone who is inconsistent.

    I would be more than happy if we signed Phillips, but I cannot see how we would be able to get him at reasonable cost.

    Mayuka won the African Cup of Nations with Zambia, got the Golden Boot there. I reckon this deal has substance, especially if we're looking at getting a foothold in East Africa. Imagine the following we'd get if it went through...

    I'm in the same position as you. But a fair few people on here appear to be rating him, so it sounds promising.

    And £3m is far from expensive these days.
