So far I've looked on most of the F1 threads and there seems to be a lack of, what i call, Hamelots (Hamilton zealots). These guys on 606 had even started to take away my enjoyment of seeing him win (kobay is my fave, but Lewis is certainly in my 'top half' of preferred drivers). I see Jose' Lorca here and he seems to be sensible, which isn't what I remember, but then I figure maybe they got to him as they finally got to me, they just started working on him before i went there.

I think this is really the point. Anyone can go 'through a phase', and for all sorts of reasons. But when the general attitude of a place is reasonable, the previous non-conformists tend to gravitate to become more reasonable.

It's a bit like litter: whilst there are plenty of gutter-snipes littering the back-streets of New York and London, very few would ever contemplate it in Switzerland. Let's keep this place litter-free. - After all, as the saying goes: like attracts like.

I think we're safe, tbh, as one of the main reasons I came here was because they said everyone on here was a hamilton hater, so, knowing I'm not a Hamilton hater, yet am accused of being one on 606, (and my posts have definitley seemed that way tbh) I thought it might provide more mature debate. silly getting sucked in by them, as it's unwise to argue with a fool, as an observer can't tell the difference.

El Bando: Would like to become a famous author, but I'm a bit too highly opinionated for some peoples taste and of course my full time work would suffer.

    I am considering it though.

good luck with that Bernie, I started one a while ago, based on my 'adventures' on the mediteranean (and a lot of other peoples), i wrote about 300 pages, then decided it needed a complete rewrite from first to third person. I might restart it soon, but i'm not holding my breath

Thanks for that. I can confirm also that I was the first one on the F1 board, although I've been a bit quiet lately and have used the name change facility (was Ashbees Plums, Tiger Nickynak and Nick Hull 4:0) thats the one thing about 606 I miss, unlimited name changes, only got 2 left! This is definitely the best set out forum I use online, and has been mentioned Maltese Mick runs and owns it and does a great job promoting the site.
