If hes fit enough hes starting the game. I suspect he will start the game and if we are a few goals to the good come the final 20 minutes he will be taken off. The best way to get match fit is to play matches.
Off topic But, When everyone calls Van Persie a "one season" wonder... Do they forget that he scored 18 goals in 25 league games the season before last? Hardly awful.. He just seems like he's finally reaching his potential... Right in his peak, and fully understands the game (and his role) now.. Couldn't have bought him at a better time... Defenders will be bricking themselves before the whistle even blows...

forgot to mention, everpoo are always ****e before Christmas and even worse in August so it will be effortless. Moyes does not have a clue how to get teams ready for a new season, maybe the players rip his instructions up after Christmas.
