All just rumours - the swelling will need to go down before they can have the scan to confirm the damage and that takes at least 24 hours. It will most likely be Tuesday morning before they have anything definite.

A skilled physio can often predict pretty accurately if there's ligament damage from feeling the knee, so it's possible the City physio has made an educated guess and fears the worst. But there's no evidence that's the case, the rumour is probably just matth and his 3,000 Twitter accounts...

Typical ! I put him in my dream team. I´m cursed, last year it was Charlie Adam with a red card & season before that it was Joe Cole with a red card, the only reason it wasn't Agger this year was that I couldn't afford him & got Skrtel instead, who gave away a pen anyway !

To add insult to injury I had Dyer & Michu in my team up until the night before ! If they played at home they would have still been there but I couldn't see them performing away on the 1st day !
