Ben Alnwick is a delightful human being, best demonstrated by that sextape with a 16 year old a few years ago. Shame. He turned out ok on Premier Manager 10.
Muamba's just announced he's retired. He was genuinly a player I admired even before that incident and it's a shame to see a young talent forced out of the game like that but the most important thing is that he's able to announce his retirement in the first place given what a bad way he was in.

I am reliably informed that the head-butt performed last Saturday by Ben Alnwick, is not the first occasion he has done this, having done the same to Jamie O'Hara in training a few years ago !! Mind you, O'Hara is more than capable of being a prick.
O'Hara got beaten up a lot in training - he's the player Dalmat lamped to get his loan curtailed.
That's right he did. He also got done by Kevin Prince Boatang a couple of seasons ago when the squad were on a pre-season camp down Devon way.
